EntryHQ ("we", "us") is operated by Shriniwas. This policy covers two audiences: visitors to this site, and businesses ("clients") who use EntryHQ to build or run their own site or app.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit via a demo request or contact form (name, email, phone, business name).
• Client account and billing information (business name, contact details, invoices, payment status).
• Support ticket content you or your users send us.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, request metadata) for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries.
• To provide, bill, and support the sites/apps we build and host for clients.
• To process payments via Razorpay.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it beyond the service providers needed to run EntryHQ (hosting, payments, email, listed below).

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, storage, email routing
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email

Client end-user data

When a client's webapp (for example, a gym or studio's member portal) collects data about their end-users — including members, students, or in some cases children — that data belongs to the client's business. The client is responsible for their own consent language and privacy notice for that data; EntryHQ acts as their infrastructure provider, not the data controller for their end-users.
